Jonathan Gelfand
President, Mission Staffing Inc.

Jonathan Gelfand, President, graduated from University of Maryland and has over six years of experience in executive search, where he has specialized in Financial Services and Information Technology. In recent years, Jonathan has experienced many different market environments from the "boom" of the late 1990's to the subsequent recession and the socio-economic disaster of September 11th 2001. Jonathan helped to form a Financial Staffing Services division at another executive search firm in New York City where he demonstrated his ability to forge strong client relationships with Investment & Commercial Banks, Alternative Asset Management Firms and Real Estate Firms. Jonathan has built upon this success to establish Mission Staffing Inc.

From the time Mission Staffing Inc. was formed, Jonathan has made a conscious effort to develop a work environment where his colleagues' professional ideals and visions were congruent with his own. The firm's objective is to thoroughly grow into a small team of highly skilled executive search professionals that possess a tremendous work ethic coupled with a strong desire for success. Brett Skolnik
Vice President, Executive Search, Mission Staffing Inc.

Brett graduated from University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Upon graduation, Brett moved to New York City to pursue a career in Financial Services. He joined Morgan Stanley as an Analyst in its Client Services/Prime Brokerage group where he managed hedge fund relationships on behalf of the bank. During his tenure at the firm, Brett formed a strong understanding of the Sales & Trading business, specifically the life cycle of a trade. In addition, Brett began to build his contacts in the Asset Management and Investment Banking Industry, which he would leverage into his role as an Executive Recruiter.

Brett left Morgan Stanley to pursue a career in Financial Recruiting. He joined Mission Staffing Inc. as an Executive Recruiter and began to forge relationships with the top financial services institutions in New York City. Brett brings a great work ethic coupled by a tremendous network of candidates in accounting, finance and operations to Mission Staffing. He is dedicated to growing Mission Staffing into the industry leader in New York City.
