• Preparation of partnership
• quarterly and annual financial statements
• Coordinate year end audits and with fund administrator and external auditors
• Prepare supporting analyses for partnership activities to external auditors for year-end audits and partnership tax returns 
• Coordinate and manage the separately managed accounts, fee billing, performance returns, ongoing inquiries, etc
• Review and analyze month end valuation process with portfolio managers and fund administrator
• Provide performance analytics to senior management and investor relations
• Liaise with Investor Relations regarding investors subscriptions and redemptions, financial statements, partner capital schedules
• Participate in special projects (pnl system enhancements, GIPS compliance, etc)
• Provide various analyses and reports to senior management
• Provide corporate reporting to management and general partner.

• Strong academic background with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, preferred.
• 6 to 8 years of relevant work experience in hedge fund business and private equity
• Public accounting firm experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of accounting policy desired
• Good analytical and communications skills, excellent problem solving ability, and ability to work with various levels of management.
• Must be able to work well under tight deadlines and handle multiple responsibilities
• CPA a plus
