Job Description:
- Assist with the year end audit which includes confirmations and valuation reviews.
- Review cash management process and reconciliation that is done internally.
- Assist and review fund closes by the Administrator which includes checking the management and performance fee calculations.
- Checking daily PNL on securities such as futures, equities, forwards and swaps.
- Review monthly NAV from the administrator which includes checking bond interest accruals, dividend accruals, cash and market value breaks. Also assist in reviewing junior staff’s NAV’s.
- Review nightly bond pricing.
- Prepare/review wires for all entities
- Work with managers and prime brokers to resolve breaks.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience
- Public/Private Mix
- Previous buy side experience
- Strong communication skills
