• This is a key position in a small team reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer and working on high-priority projects and initiatives to drive the company forward on a global scale. 
• The Associate will be exposed to all parts of the business and will have the chance to develop a deep understanding of the different aspects of real estate on a global basis. 
• The projects will include:  global coordination and implementation of new internal budgeting, forecasting and reporting tools, extensive analysis relating to profitability and allocations, and support of the investing, development and operating platforms.
  

   

  
   
  
  

• Bachelors Degree from Top School
• 1-3 years of experience in management consulting, financial services, investment banking or accounting at a Big 4 Firm
• Strong Excel Skills
• Real Estate experience not required
• Ability to work in entrepreneurial enviornment
