Job Description:
- Manage the US investor contact program
- Work with the Global IR team to develop annual targeting plans for investor meetings
- Participate in monthly and quarterly investor targeting meetings
- Conduct market research into potential new investors
- Contact current and potential investors to set-up meetings on behalf of Senior IR Professionals
- Prepare background research (briefing notes) on selected investors
- Prepare supporting material and presentations for investor meetings
- Track meeting feedback into our contact management system
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree from a top institution
- 1-4 years of sales/relationship development experience within Private Equity, Asset Management, Sales/Trading, or a Hedge Fund
- Ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills; detail oriented, ability to think a few steps ahead
- Very strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with investors over the phone, and interface with IR team
- Creative and strategic thinker; able to research new investors
- Analytical skills; able to review and understand quantitative and qualitative content in IR presentations
- Presentation skills; ability to create and amend powerpoint presentation slides
- Familiarity with the Private Equity products desired
