Job Description:
  • Responsible for directing and overseeing financial and operational support for of the office, retail, and residential assets within the property management business to ensure successful development and execution of business strategy and initiatives.
  • Partnering with operational leaders on budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, analysis and reporting functions.
  • Bridge the gap between operations, finance, supporting departments, and senior management.
  • Possess strong project management skills and able to create new ways to view and synthesize financial information for senior management.
  • Analyzing and reporting on financial performance
  • Developing and implementing processes and policies
  • Managing and minimizing risk
  • Managing internal controls
  • Financial management experience
  • Experience managing mid-size team
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work across and with many different teams

Requirements / Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 7-10 years relevant experience in property management
  • Strong project management skills, results-driven, adaptable with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Consistently attempts to find efficiencies and establish processes across workstreams.
  • Pursuer of high integrity data and information.
  • Naturally thinks and acts like an owner.
  • Strong sense of integrity and ethics. Values entrepreneurialism. Demonstrates strong intellectual curiosity; always seeking new approaches and challenging the organization to new levels of success.
  • Excellent written and verbal and communication skills.
  • Undergraduate degree required.
