Job Description:

We are seeking a talented professional to join our quickly growing business. This individual will be highly motivated and comfortable working in a collaborative yet competitive sales environment.

  • Research industry companies and leverage market intelligence to pursue new relationships
  • Create marketing campaigns to attract passive and active job seekers
  • Research and track industry trends
  • Maintain a network of prospective and active job seekers
  • Interview and qualify job seekers
  • Prepare and coach candidates for interviews w/ client companies
  • Negotiate job seeker salary requirements and offers
  • Onboard new employees w/ client companies
  • Work w/ proprietary database to enter profiles and to perform candidate/job search
  • Leverage Social Media platforms to network and cultivate relationships

Requirements / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1+ years of industry experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ambitious, goal oriented and strategic thinker
  • Proficiency w/ MS Office and social media platforms
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
