Job Description:

Prepare management reports and deliverables
Perform fluctuation analyses between forecast and actual results
Assist in the completion of monthly general ledger closes
Document all processes and procedures related to this position. Enhance and improve
existing documentation after thorough understanding of processes has been obtained.
Complete “ad-hoc” and special projects as directed

Assist with the preparation of forecast and budget along with reporting and tracking for the
following key areas:
o Management Companies
o Lines of Business
o Cash / Liquidity
o Capital Under Management
Provide department heads with monthly spend vs budget


Requirements / Qualifications:

− A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with 2-3 years of relevant experience in Accounting is
required
− Experience with Financial Planning, Analysis and Budgeting is a plus
− Excellent computer skills required, particularly with PowerPoint and Excel
− Attention to detail and accuracy
− Sensitivity to confidential information
− Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication and organizational skills
− Ability to drive projects to completion independently, while also functioning effectively in a
team environment
