Summary

The FP&A function within Corporate Private Equity Finance performs analyses and financial reporting, originates and executes strategic Business initiatives, while working closely with and supporting senior management.

Job Description:

• Prepare business forecasts including coordinating the collection, analysis, and delivery of the forecast data
• Aid in the preparation of PE strategic plans and budgets
• Draft presentations and memorandums for senior management including both monthly reporting packages and ad hoc materials
• Support broader corporate finance and investor relations teams during the quarterly earnings releases as well as on an ad hoc basis in dealing with clients and investors
• Limited Partner support for forecasting capital calls and distributions
• Business expense forecasting and management
• Financial modeling / valuation analysis / special projects in support of PE leadership


Requirements / Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a quantitative discipline (preferred),with strong GPA
• 2-3 years of related experience
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple projects while prioritizing deliverables and meeting demanding deadlines
• Keen attention to details
• Highly proficient in Excel (dynamic financial modeling) and PowerPoint, Essbase reporting skills a plus
• Highly motivated and intelligent with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to “see the bigger picture” and get to the heart of issues rapidly
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
