Job Description:
- Coordinate and review the closing of new investments
- Coordinate with fund administrator on the issuance of capital calls and distribution analyses and prepare detailed drafts.
- Review and approve financial statements and partner’s capital statements.
- Prepare borrowing and repayment requests and quarterly bank compliance reporting.
- Assist in the preparation and review of the funds’ Audited Financial statements and footnote disclosures.
- Review and analyze distribution waterfalls based on fund legal documents.
- Maintain the books & records for the management company of one of the funds
- Assist in the implementation, training and maintenance for a portfolio company monitoring system
- Support analysis and reporting
- Oversee the maintenance of certain cybersecurity controls
- Handle various ad-hoc requests from senior management and portfolio operations.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Must have Private Equity experience
- 8-12 years of experience
- CPA strongly preferred
- Public and/or private accounting experience
