The role reports to the CFO and CEO of the firm, and has the potential to transition into a CFO seat if the candidate performs well and proves themselves capable!

Job Description:
  • Coordinate and review the closing of new investments
  • Coordinate with fund administrator on the issuance of capital calls and distribution analyses and prepare detailed drafts.
  • Review and approve financial statements and partner’s capital statements.
  • Prepare borrowing and repayment requests and quarterly bank compliance reporting.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of the funds’ Audited Financial statements and footnote disclosures.
  • Review and analyze distribution waterfalls based on fund legal documents.
  • Maintain the books & records for the management company of one of the funds
  • Assist in the implementation, training and maintenance for a portfolio company monitoring system
  • Support analysis and reporting
  • Oversee the maintenance of certain cybersecurity controls
  • Handle various ad-hoc requests from senior management and portfolio operations.

Requirements / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • Must have Private Equity experience
  • 8-12 years of experience
  • CPA strongly preferred
  • Public and/or private accounting experience
