Job Description:

Role Overview:
We are looking for a colleague to join our Valuation Team, focusing on Private Equity, Credit, and Real Estate investments. This is an opportunity to join an integrated team operating in a centralized role with cross fund exposure.

Responsibilities Include:
• Produce valuation models and/or perform reviews in collaboration with the investment team
• As part of the quarterly process, prepare valuation memos, portfolio company exit projection models, and valuation summaries included in reporting to limited partners
• Work directly with internal teams including investment, portfolio analytics, accounting, operations and investor relations to ensure efficient and accurate reporting to investors and other stakeholders
• Prepare and present meeting materials including proposed valuations to the Valuation Committee on a monthly and quarterly cadence
• Coordinate and review reports from independent third-party valuation firms
• Manage the interim and year-end audit process, providing all the necessary support and responding to all Q&A
• Leverage internally and externally developed technology to manage the valuation process
• Prepare various analyses used by senior leadership including value creation bridges and actual versus underwriting comparisons
• Participate in technology initiatives and other ad hoc requests to support the Credit, Private Equity and Real Estate businesses


Requirements / Qualifications:

Required Background and Qualifications:
• 2-4 years of private investment valuation experience (DCF, trading/transaction multiples, yield analysis and options)
• Technology skills – Capital IQ, Excel, Word required; Green Street Advisors/BBG is a plus. Ability to learn new systems
• Proactive and positive attitude; energetic and cooperative team player. Ability to work effectively with multiple teams and comfortable communicating with all levels of an organization
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Superior organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task; sound judgment
• Strong attention to detail; analytical mindset and critical thinker
• Highly collaborative and fosters a strong team-oriented approach
• Desire to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment
