Looking for a Capital Solutions Analyst to support the firm’s investor relations and fundraising efforts. The candidate will be based in New York and work closely with members of the global Capital Solutions team based in Hong Kong, London, and San Francisco.

Job Description:
Support relationships with existing investors across all aspects of client service
Provide portfolio updates, ongoing investor templates, and handle ad-hoc investor requests
Organize briefing materials for investor meetings
Research investor backgrounds and assess their fit for the firm’s investment products
Lead internal projects related to fundraising activities
Oversee investor prospecting, product development, database management, and pipeline tracking
Requirements / Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in alternative asset fundraising, fundraising advisory firms, private capital advisory, or financial services strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, adept at working with financial data and summarizing digestible facts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to craft narratives in presentation format
- Strong project management and organizational skills with high attention to detail
- A high level of professional maturity and a solid work ethic
- Strong interpersonal skills, proactive team contributor
- Ability to fit into a cohesive team and thrive in a highly demanding work environment
