- Support existing investor relationships
- Provide portfolio updates and templates
- Handle ad-hoc investor requests
- Organize materials for investor meetings
- Research investor backgrounds
- Assess fit for investment products
- Lead fundraising-related internal projects
- Manage investor prospecting efforts
- Develop new investment products
- Track database and pipeline progress
Requirements / Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in alternative asset fundraising, fundraising advisory firms, private capital advisory, or financial services strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, adept with financial data and ability to summarize digestible facts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, and ability to craft narratives in presentation format
- Strong project management and organizational skills with high attention to detail
- A high level of professional maturity and a solid work ethic
- Strong interpersonal skills; proactive team contributor
