Looking for an Analyst to join the team. The position will report to the Head of Asset Management and work with a strong, seasoned team of asset management and loan origination professionals.

Job Description:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Monitor and analyze the financial performance of the properties and portfolios including balance-sheetbridge loans, CMBS loans and other credit investments
- Provide support in the review of property budgets, business plans & quarterly forecasts
- Develop a working knowledge of leases, loan documents & other legal agreements
- Help develop financial models including discounted cash flows, IRR analysis, NPV analysis, etc. utilizingMicrosoft Excel and Argus
- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual investor reports and presentations
- Assist in the administration of on-going loan proceeds disbursements to include construction draws, leasingcosts, and release of loan reserves
- Compile, maintain research on markets within portfolio (sales comps, lease comps)
Requirements / Qualifications:
The successful candidate will ideally possess:
- 1 – 3+ years of experience with a real estate background
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, economics, real estate, or related field
- Understanding of real estate fundamentals, commercial office leases, financing principles, and debt capital structures
- Familiarity with loan due diligence to include property appraisals, environmental reports, engineering reports, and insurance reviews
- Loan servicing or construction loan administration experience a plus
- Commercial real estate valuation, underwriting and/or accounting experience a plus
- Outstanding quantitative and analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task effectively
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Argus
- Effective oral and written communication skills Ability to work both independently and as a team member
