Job Description:

• Interacting with key stakeholders
• Developing a very good understanding of client’s business (including customers, competition and industry)
• Conducting strategy and M&A analysis
Preparing research and analysis for client projects, including preparation of recurring and ad hoc reports on the industry/competition/customers and new business of the client in support of specific business decisions
• Creating and maintain economic models for analysis purposes, preparation of business plans and conducting research
• Organizing all related source information and maintain work-papers
• Metrics and benchmarking development for core client functions
• General analysis/ad hoc problem solving


Requirements / Qualifications:

• Management consulting experience, or investment banking experience, or corporate development experience, or corporate finance/FP&A experience, all within Technology, FinTech, Communications or Financial Services sectors
• Bachelor’s Degree; MBA, CPA or CFA
• At least 4 years of related experience; general understanding of GAAP, competent in reviewing financial statements, identifying key business value drivers and developing pro forma and projected financial data
• Experience writing issue-based financial performance explanations, research reports and business plans utilizing financial modeling skills
• Strong general business knowledge that can be used to produce relevant research and business writing skills to summarize information including Wall Street products and services, information technology and servicers’ business.
• Strong project management, organizational, time management, problem solving, and analytical skills
• Strong computer skills (expertise with Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Strong executive presence
