Looking for a Capital Solutions Associate to support the firm’s co-investment syndication efforts, which the firm harnesses to catalyze and strengthen strategic partnerships with large institutional globally. The candidate will be based in New York and work closely with members of the global Capital Solutions team based in Hong Kong, London, and San Francisco.

Job Description:
- Support capital raising efforts by assisting in the development and execution of fundraising strategies for co-investments.
- Act as a point of contact for limited partners (LPs), addressing inquiries and providing information on co-investment opportunities.
- Partner with the investment team to align co-investment opportunities with LP objectives.
- Track and manage the co-investment pipeline, providing updates to senior team members and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal investment teams to develop and update marketing presentations and communication materials.
- Work with investment and legal teams to facilitate LP due diligence processes and ensure timely delivery of information.
- Assist in building financial models and performing sensitivity analysis for co-investment opportunities.
- Conduct research on market trends, sector-specific opportunities, and competitors to support fundraising.
- Help manage relationships with co-investment partners by providing timely updates and performance reports.
- Maintain and organize documentation for co-investments, including legal and financial reports.
- Utilize the firm’s CRM system to track interactions with LPs and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare materials and briefing notes for senior team meetings with prospective and existing co-investors.
- Assist in deal execution, tracking progress and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Help produce and distribute quarterly reports and ad hoc updates to co-investors.
- Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure co-investment fundraising activities meet regulatory requirements.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-3 years of experience in co-investment and/or secondaries advisory, investment banking, or investor relations at an alternative asset manager or alternative asset placement agent strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience interacting directly with institutional investors or limited partners
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, adept with financial data and ability to summarize into digestible facts
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, and ability to craft narratives in presentation format
- Strong project management and organizational skills with high attention to detail
- A high level of professional maturity and a solid work ethic
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a high performing global organization. Highly collaborative and capable of working effectively cross functionally
