Job Description:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor the team inbox, responding to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner
- Complete DDQs from investors – for review by senior management, accounting, and/or compliance – meeting deadlines and escalating risks in a timely manner
- Prepare/update marketing materials, including Fund Level PowerPoints, Annual Meeting PowerPoints, Investment Level Tear Sheets, and Investor Letters
- Collaborate with the valuations team, investment analysts, accounting, compliance, legal, and/or the broader sales teams to meet data requests
OTHER KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Continuously assess processes, technologies, and data quality to define and document enhancements
Requirements / Qualifications:
- 3+ years of related client service, fund accounting, and/or administrator experience
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, eFront, RFPIO, and DealCloud
- Experience with DDQs and marketing materials compliance requirements
