Seeking an Associate to join the Investor Relations team to support global investor relations!

Private credit firm in the middle market investing business with over $5M AUM
Job Description:
- Manage the timely and accurate completion of quarterly investor reporting, investor diligence requests (RFIs, RFPs, DDQs) and other follow-up items from potential investor meetings
- Interface with other teams for preparation and maintenance of marketing materials, presentations, summaries, tables and due diligence
- Populate consultant and other databases with firm and product information
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of quarterly marketing materials
- Assist in fundraising process
- Create topical materials for investor outreach and relevant updates
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3-4 years relevant work experience in investment banking, investor relations, data analytics, accounting and/or buy side experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong database software experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
