Job Description:
- Assess and prioritize potential consumer loan investments, supporting the underwriting process by developing cash flow models and refining performance modeling techniques
- Create detailed financial models to determine unlevered and levered returns under various investment structures
- Monitor and analyze portfolio performance relative to expectations, understanding market participants, pricing patterns, and alternative return strategies
- Work closely with senior investment professionals to drive tasks forward and contribute to the overall success of the investment process
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3-4 years relevant work experience in investment banking, investor relations, data analytics, accounting and/or buy side experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong database software experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
