Job Description:

We are aggressively targeting a talented professional to join our quickly growing business. This individual will be highly motivated and comfortable working in a collaborative yet competitive sales environment.

  • Partner w/ key stakeholders to win new business – service agreements and job orders (temporary, contract, contract to hire, and direct hire/permanent)
  • Make cold calls and set up business develop meetings.
  • Attend client meetings, industry conferences and social events.
  • Gather prospective client data using internal and external applications
  • Produce marketing materials for internal/external purposes.
  • Partner and collaborate with senior professionals and teams to improve workflow process

Requirements / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree, with a preferred degree in communications or business management
  • 2+ years of prior sales experience
  • Proven success achieving sales targets/goals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detailed, organized and focused
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with all Social Media platforms
