The Wealth Management Sales professional will have a key role within the Wealth Management team and the broader Client & Partner group, as this client segment is a longstanding and important part of the asset base.

Job Description:
o Develop and execute on a strategic coverage plan to penetrate the wealth management firm.
o Engage with and develop a deep understanding of the needs at a wealth management firm level, financial advisor level, and client level.
o Expand the firm’s penetration beyond the existing relationships.
o Successfully represent and raise capital for the full range of products offered; develop expertise as needed across the firm’s full suite of products.
o Provide ongoing investor relations activities to wealth management clients.
o Expect travel to be, on an ongoing basis, 2-3 days per week.
Requirements / Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in client development, including at least the last 4 years in a Sales team marketing to wealth management firms.
• Self-motivated individual who will work with the firm’s resources and teams in a collaborative environment.
• Existing relationships with senior financial advisors in Wealth Management firms.
• Must be able to demonstrate successful track record in the wealth management industry, and know they are accountable to those numbers.
• As they are marketing a broad investment platform including credit, real estate, and multi-strategy strategies, it’s necessary for the candidate to have broad product and investment strategy ability and experience.
• Experience covering financial advisors at multiple channels, e.g. wirehouses, private banks, RIAs.
