Job Description:
• Pitchbook creation including ownership of standard marketing deck materials and new product launch decks
• Lead effective collaboration with relationship managers in the production of content and requests including investor meeting materials and strategic road shows
• Enthusiasm to optimize best-in-class processes for marketing content management, unwavering commitment to quality, organization, communication, and creativity
• Complete and/or review investor requests for multi-strategy, credit and private equity vehicles, focused on delivering compliant, client-ready material
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of experience in alternatives or institutional asset management
- Proficiency with institutional investor relations standards and industry trends
- Ability to grasp and alternate between both big picture ideas and more-granular level details
- Experience reviewing, proofreading, formatting of content for client delivery
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), with Qvidian, Salesforce, Tableau, Intralinks a plus
