Leading Hedge Fund Seeking Client Services Analyst!

Job Description:

• Processing and coordinating subscriptions, redemptions and transfers for hedge funds
• Reconcile fund subscriptions, redemptions and transfers with fund administrator and internal teams
• Review administrator’s monthly investor and contact files for accuracy
• Assisting Client Service team with investor requests
• Partner with other members of the firm to generate information that meets client needs
• Preparing and distributing reports from CRM, administrators’ portal, and other internally generated reports
• Coordinating with the Compliance team on regulatory requirements
• Coordinating separate account openings with various groups within the firm
• Assist with updating spreadsheets and various Client Service projects
• Ad hoc projects

Requirements / Qualifications:
  • 1-4 years of client services experience
  • Strong Excel and data manipulation experience
  • Ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines, independently determining order of priority
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
