Seeking a senior CLO Compliance professional for the firm’s team!

A leading manager of US Focused CLOs with over $15 billion in assets.
Job Description:
- Comfortable managing compliance and reporting for 5-8 CLOs simultaneously
- Experienced and knowledgeable on CLO docs/indentures and CLO compliance tests
- Some experience with Modeling Indenture deals in excel & system to ensure accurate compliance testing, results, for risk management.
- Manage day-to-day trade reconciliation with the Trustee
- Experience reading Trustee Files and Reporting with a keen analytical eye on errors and necessary changes
- Some Experience implementing and maintaining proprietary systems.
- Strong Analytics: proficient understanding of Data requirements for CLO Business, Security Master, Trade Management, Downstream reporting; Ad hoc analysis; Manage data project deadlines across different business lines for operational data.
- Knowledge of S&P Products & Reporting: Loan Platforms, Clearpar, Pricing, WSO Web; WSO Compliance is a plus
- Strong knowledge of CLO Monthly Required Reporting / Quarterly Waterfalls; Trustee management, expenses, management fees, payments to investors, Intex process; Cash and Par Tie-Out to perfection
Requirements / Qualifications:
- 3 to 8 years of experience
- Experience understanding CLO Document Suite and the full lifecycle of a CLO vehicle
