Job Description:
- Review fair value memos and models for Hard-to-Value investments, such as private bank loans, real estate backed loans and private equity
- Coordinate valuation reviews with third party valuation firms, deal teams
- Prepare and review the valuation results that are presented to the valuation committee
- Prepare and review valuation reporting utilized by management, the board of directors and deal teams
- Various special projects as needed
Requirements / Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-4 years of experience
• Strong credit product knowledge
• Strong Excel skills and attention to details
• Solid understanding of the financial services space
