Summary

The Director of Financial Reporting will be a key member of the business team reporting to the Controller
and CFO assisting in accounting, operations, and investor reporting.

Job Description:

Financial & Investor Reporting:
▪ Responsible for quarterly/ yearly performance and exposure reporting, including calculating the
exposure and performance statistics used in investor communications.
▪ Go-to person for financial and performance related investor due diligence used in current/
prospective investor meetings.
▪ Assist investor relations with questions related to investor’s capital statements, capital/calls,
distributions, liquidity, tax statements, subscriptions, and ad hoc data requests.
▪ Assist in preparing investor letters and key documents such as PPMs, DDQs,
▪ Analyzing and reviewing regulatory filings, including Form PF
▪ Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation, and implementing new data
management and reporting tools.

Fund Accounting:
▪ Preparing and Reviewing daily cash and position reconciliations to counterparties
▪ Overseeing monthly reconciliation to the 3rd party administrator at the portfolio and investor levels
▪ Coordinating audit and tax deliverables


Requirements / Qualifications:

• Undergraduate Accounting Degree
• CPA required
• Minimum 5 years of Public Accounting within alternatives, or private equity funds.
• Prior Experience implementing and overseeing fund level financial reporting
• Experience working with and interface for accounting records at scale with Third Party
Administrators
• Possess outstanding judgment, effective interpersonal skills and a desire to excel.
• Strong detail orientation.

• High degree of integrity and professionalism.
