Job Description:
- Oversight of the Fund’s quarterly financial statement preparation and valuation processes in coordination with the PIF team and the Fund’s sub-administration and accounting vendor
- Managing the Fund’s quarterly external reporting process related to the preparation and filing of required SEC filings
- Liaising with the Fund’s external auditors to ensure all outstanding inquiries and requests are addressed and the annual audit is completed in a timely manner
- Overseeing the coordination of the Fund’s acceptance of quarterly subscriptions and tender offers
- Managing the planning and organizing of the quarterly meetings of the Fund’s Board of Trustees
Requirements / Qualifications:
- 10 – 12 years of experience in fund accounting and/or fund operations, including prior experience managing in a leadership role
- A solid understanding of U.S. GAAP for investment companies is preferred
- Experience with SEC reporting requirements for 1940 Act registered investment companies is preferred
- Experience with Private Equity Funds, Venture Capital Funds, Private Credit Funds, and/or other illiquid asset classes is preferred
- Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, economics or business management is preferred
