Our client is a dynamic and growth-oriented firm based in Greenwich, CT. We are seeking an adaptable and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support our Managing Partner. The ideal candidate will be a go-getter with 3-6 years of experience, who is flexible and ready to manage a fast-paced and ever-changing schedule. Job Description:

 

  • Calendar Management: Maintain and organize calendar, ensuring that meetings, calls, and travel plans are well-coordinated and optimized.
  • Travel Management: Arrange complex travel schedules, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries across different time zones.
  • Expense Management: Track and process expenses, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Presentation Preparation: Assist in the preparation of presentations and decks for meetings, ensuring all materials are organized and ready.
  • PA Support: Provide light personal assistance when needed, adapting to changing needs and priorities.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, particularly the events team (who handles event planning), to ensure smooth coordination of activities.

 

 


Requirements / Qualifications:

 

  • Experience: 3-6 years of experience in an executive support role. Previous experience as an EA is preferred, but not required.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work independently, adjust quickly to changing priorities, and manage tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Personality: A proactive, go-getter attitude, and the ability to engage with others with professionalism and positivity.
  • Travel Flexibility: Comfortable with travel arrangements and schedules that may change frequently.
  • Work Ethic: Demonstrates a high level of discretion, accountability, and responsibility.

Hours:

  • Full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM with flexibility as needed.
  • Must be available to work in-person 5 days a week in the Greenwich, CT office.
