Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Partner, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion, ensuring privacy and security.
- Prepare and review materials for meetings, presentations, and reports; take minutes when necessary.
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, including investor calls, client presentations, and board meetings.
- Handle expense reports, invoice processing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Serve as a liaison between the Managing Partner and other internal stakeholders, clients, and business partners.
- Assist in managing personal and professional tasks for the Managing Partner, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Support the firm’s leadership team with ad-hoc administrative tasks, projects, and special initiatives.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve office efficiency and implement solutions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times, especially in high-pressure situations.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- 6-10+ years of experience in a similar personal or administrative support role
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong follow-through
- Clear, respectful communicator with a mature and professional demeanor
- Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented with a flexible, positive approach to all tasks
- Tech-savvy, highly organized, and comfortable implementing efficiencies
