Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Partner, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion, ensuring privacy and security.
  • Prepare and review materials for meetings, presentations, and reports; take minutes when necessary.
  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, including investor calls, client presentations, and board meetings.
  • Handle expense reports, invoice processing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Managing Partner and other internal stakeholders, clients, and business partners.
  • Assist in managing personal and professional tasks for the Managing Partner, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Support the firm’s leadership team with ad-hoc administrative tasks, projects, and special initiatives.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve office efficiency and implement solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times, especially in high-pressure situations.

 

 


Requirements / Qualifications:

 

  • 6-10+ years of experience in a similar personal or administrative support role
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong follow-through
  • Clear, respectful communicator with a mature and professional demeanor
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented with a flexible, positive approach to all tasks
  • Tech-savvy, highly organized, and comfortable implementing efficiencies
  • Flexible schedule with availability for occasional after-hours or weekend support
  • Discrete, trustworthy, and highly confidential
  • Background check and verifiable references required
