- Research industry companies and leverage market intelligence to pursue new relationships
- Create marketing campaigns to attract passive and active job seekers
- Research and track industry trends
- Maintain a network of prospective and active job seekers
- Interview and qualify job seekers
- Prepare and coach candidates for interviews w/ client companies
- Negotiate job seeker salary requirements and offers
- Onboard new employees w/ client companies
- Work w/ proprietary database to enter profiles and to perform candidate/job search
- Leverage Social Media platforms to network and cultivate relationships
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1+ years of industry experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ambitious, goal oriented and strategic thinker
- Proficiency w/ MS Office and social media platforms
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
