Job Description:

This individual will work on the Member Services team, which is currently comprised of three other persons, and will have exposure to the Co-founders of a prominent hedge fund, their family members, along with other supporting departments and personnel at with the fund.  They will have a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to, general accounting, payroll administration, bank account reconciliation, expense report review, accounts payable, charitable donations, cash flow analysis, ad hoc research projects/analysis, calendar management, document organization and filing.  


Requirements / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in accounting, corporate finance, economics or business  
  • 2-4 years of work experience 
  • Extremely organized with strong attention to detail  
  • Proactive and takes initiative; anticipates needs of the team 
  • Able to multi-task and maintain composure in a high-volume demanding environment  
  • Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel) 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Experience with QuickBooks (a plus)
