The role is newly created due to growth of the firm, and reports into the CFO and Managing Director. They are looking for someone who wants to be in a broad role where they will get exposure to all parts of finance, operations, accounting, and business development, and make a real impact at a high growth company!

Job Description:

• Responsible for overseeing the finance and operations of delegated fund
• Conduct fund performance analysis
• Work across fund accounting, management company accounting, tax, legal, portfolio monitoring/valuations and corporate development.
• Review quarterly financial statements, investor statements and quarterly reports prepared by the fund administrator.
• Responsible for cash management and the maintenance of the credit facility for each deal closings.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, expense management, ad hoc financial analysis
• Involved in structuring new deals
• Help to launch new funds
• Respond to due diligence inquiries from investors and prepare investor communications.
• Ad hoc projects


Requirements / Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting
• CPA preferred, not required
• RE or PE fund experience from audit or private
• Ability to thrive in a team oriented environment
