Job Description:
- Lead and scale the fund services team
- Execute on core fund accounting needs such as booking journal entries, confirming capital calls, queueing wires, uploading bills and answering questions from customers
- Collaborate with engineering team on improvements to the platform focused on cutting down on rote tasks
- Obsessively focus on delighting our customers and their limited partners
- Experience dealing with complex fund structures and GP entities
- Track record managing capital calls, distributions, and waterfall calculations
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Experience working with third-party valuation services and external auditors
- CPA a plus
- 5+ years of fund accounting experience in venture capital or private equity
