Job Description:
• Prepare a variety of internal and external accounting and financial reports
• Serve as a technical resource throughout the organization and provide subject matter expertise
• Proactively engage with other teams and external service providers on accounting and operational matters
• Perform various fund accounting tasks
• Think critically about information produced and how to provide more tangible and timely insights
• Work across departments to understand, review and process all relevant transactions
• Identify and report increased operational risk trends, inadequate controls and potential escalation items
• Participate in ongoing assessments with management of the adequacy of controls
• Coordinate across departments the timely completion of and management reporting on the results of various projects
Requirements / Qualifications:
• 2-7 years of audit/fund accounting experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• PE or HF experience
• Competence with Excel
