Summary
As an HR Associate, you will be responsible for managing key HR functions with a strong focus on recruitment, HR operations, and benefits administration. This is a hands-on role that will require a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for supporting talent acquisition and streamlining HR processes. You will be working closely with the Head of HR and will have the opportunity to take ownership of all recruiting efforts across the firm.

Job Description:
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiations and onboarding.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and organizational culture.
- Work on creating innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent in the investment industry.
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure smooth and efficient hiring workflows.
- HR Operations & Benefits Administration:
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment laws.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, 401(k), and other wellness initiatives.
- Work with external vendors to ensure smooth benefits enrollment, eligibility tracking, and employee support.
- Assist with payroll coordination and employee inquiries related to benefits.
- Employee Engagement & Compliance:
- Serve as a trusted HR partner to employees and management, providing advice and support as needed.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and performance reviews.
- Ensure that HR policies and procedures are aligned with legal requirements and company culture.
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and other HR
Requirements / Qualifications:
- 3-7 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and HR operations.
- Experience managing or assisting with benefits administration and HR compliance.
- Proven track record of recruiting top talent in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Highly ambitious and eager to grow professionally within a fast-growing firm.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a small, close-knit team.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and MS Office.
