Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the firm’s business objectives and values.
  • Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, compensation management, and HRIS maintenance.
  • Lead employee relations efforts to promote a positive and inclusive work environment, resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns effectively.
  • Design and execute learning and development programs to enhance employee skills, foster career growth, and drive employee engagement.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, partnering with leadership to create an inclusive workplace culture where all employees feel valued and empowered.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding processes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to HR and employment law, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
  • Collaborate with department heads and senior leadership to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Foster strong relationships with external vendors, consultants, and industry partners to support HR initiatives and optimize resources.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing HR team, providing coaching, mentorship, and opportunities for growth.

 


Requirements / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience managing HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into HR initiatives.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or other relevant HR certifications preferred.
