Job Description:
  • Support 2-3 relationship managers on their fundraising, relationship and business management activities.
  • Work closely with others on the relationship management and product teams on tasks, including client presentations, meeting preparation, fund marketing, sales territory management, CRM database/
    management and client-specific follow-up requests and projects
  • Aid in the development and maintenance of Insurance Team business metrics and reports.
  • Assist with other Insurance Team projects and initiatives on an ad hoc basis.

Requirements / Qualifications:
  • Strong academic record
  • Team-oriented
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Technical and aesthetic mastery of PowerPoint, Excel and Office
  • Meticulous organization skills, with an emphasis on very strong attention to detail
  • Desire to take ownership of projects and follow them through to completion
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to help out wherever necessary
  • Quick learner with clear intellectual curiosity and self-motivation
  • Aptitude for critical and creative thinking across the quantitative and qualitative spectrum
  • Strong relationship development skills for both internal relationships, including over the phone with global teams and with individuals of whom work is being requested, and external client and prospect relationships
  • Maturity, presence, sound judgment, and ability to form and express opinions effectively to cross-divisional teams, including senior management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple demands and projects in a fast-paced work environment, including ability to prioritize time efficiently and handle heavy workloads while remaining attentive to det
