This megafund is seeking an Investment Analyst/Associate, preferably with a demonstrated interest in and experience with renewable energy projects and/or electricity markets.

Job Description:
- Building and reviewing financial models to support management investment decisions, with a focus on modeling project returns
- Optimizing capital structure identifying risks and potential upside, and presenting analytical findings in a clear and concise manner
- Leading due diligence and managing third-party deliverables through deal processes
- Support transaction leads on negotiating definitive documentation for debt and tax equity financings, acquisitions, and opportunistic sales across both new projects and an existing portfolio of projects in development, under construction, or in operation
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- At least 1 year of experience
- Modeling capabilities, preferably in Excel
- A record of academic and professional achievement
- Well-developed communication skills
- The ability to collaborate well with a small team
- Proven organizational acumen when working on multiple projects
