Company Information:
A global alternative investment manager with over $85B in assets is expanding their middle office/trading assistant team!
Job Description:
- Review of credit agreements as well as other various purchase documents for the creation of new securities (including but not limited to Bank Loans, Bonds, MBS/RMBS, Equities, Forwards, Options)
- Reference data creation and maintenance in the firms Reference Master system
- Trade booking for all new investment activity for the private credit business
- Investigate & resolve any attribute discrepancies that may arise between data vendors and internal systems
- Act as a point of contact for post-closing related questions from managed accounts, fund administrators, and operations.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of bank loan or bank debt operations experience
- Experience using OMS, Bloomberg, or FIS a plus
