Job Description:

• Maintain books and records for various entities
• Posting of receivables and payables
• Daily reconciliation and posting of bank transactions to the general ledger
• Credit card reconciliations
• Review and analyze general ledgers for respective properties, process journal entries, calculate monthly accruals and update supporting balance sheet account schedules
• Maintain accounts by verifying, allocating and posting transactions
• Invoicing and expense reporting
• Fixed assets and financial statement preparation
• Budgeting and forecasting activities
• Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
• Assist with financial reporting
• Special projects


Requirements / Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business and/or a minimum of 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience using MRI software
• Superior organizational, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the Real Estate industry preferred
• Can demonstrate problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to interact with tenants/vendors/financial partners and provide information in response to inquiries about billing and to handle and resolve financial solutions
