Job Description:
- Perform loan lifecycle activities including booking new transactions, amendments, and other restructurings, funding coordination, invoicing, rate setting, income and expense processing, and cash reconciliations
- Review legal documentation for loan onboarding and ongoing administration
- Maintain loan data and assist in the development of i80’s proprietary systems
- Manage/respond to borrower audit requests for loan information
- Generate investor and due diligence reporting on portfolio performance
- Execute daily cash positioning, liquidity management, and bank account reconciliations
- Manage banking and fund financing relationships including entering requests for funding and ensuring compliance with reporting covenants
- Manage fund administration and audit processes including ticketing, reporting, and monthly/quarterly reconciliations
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or greater) from an accredited institution
- 5-8 years of experience with an asset management firm, private equity firm, lender, investment bank or commercial bank
- Strong knowledge of loan products
- Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving, time management, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Collaborative, team player who will thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
- Nice to have cash management experience (cash projections, liquidity, budget)
- Nice to have relationship management experience (banks, admin, vendors, etc.)
