This person will work directly for the CFO while overseeing a team of 3 Management Company Accountants.

Job Description:
• Responsible for all of the Management Company’s general accounting functions, budgeting, cash management, quarterly partner estimates, and year-end partner distributions.
• Perform monthly close of books and records
• Prepare monthly financials, as well as annual tax allocations, for Management Company and General Partner and Special Purpose Vehicle entities
• Review preparation of monthly partner statements for their interest in the General Partners and their personal investments in the funds
• Track and report Accrued Private Equity Incentive Fee compensation waterfalls
• In charge of preparing detailed monthly expense forecasts and identifying variances
• Provide strong leadership, support and training to team members
Requirements / Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• CPA strongly preferred
• Previous management company accounting experience
• Managerial experience
