Job Description:

Core competencies

  • Coordinate and manage annual business plan, including assisting with preparation of more complex components of the plan
  • Oversee capital plan / weekly liquidity forecasts, including reporting to Corporate Finance and senior management
  • Maintain quarterly track record with current and projected returns
  • Prepare forecast-to-business plan and forecast-to-actual analyses
  • Coordinate and enhance monthly / quarterly reporting from various regional and functional teams
  • Coordinate financial modeling (Argus Enterprise) / valuation analysis
  • Coordinate quarterly valuation process with Asset Management and Finance
  • Prepare, maintain and analyze valuation schedules and reporting
  • Enhance valuation process and group reporting process, procedures and analytics
  • Draft presentations and memorandums for senior management (PowerPoint, Word)
  • Participating in various group initiatives and special projects

Requirements / Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting or related field with strong GPA
  • 6-8 years of related experience; real estate finance / valuation experience preferred
  • CPA designation required
  • Self-starter and Independent thinker who acts creatively to problem solve
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Ability to adapt to new challenges in a dynamic and fast paced environment while handling multiple projects
  • Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Argus Enterprise, Yardi and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) experience preferred
  • Financial and corporate modeling skills or exposure preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly motivated and intelligent with the ability to work independently and in a team in a deadline driven environment
