Seeking a Head of East Coast Capital Formation to be a key senior member of our Capital Formation & Investor Relations team.

Job Description:
- Foster and help pipeline new investor targets for US East Coast Institutional investors such as public/private pensions, endowments and foundations, insurance firms, and large-scale intermediaries such as RIAs, family offices, fund of funds as well as consultants
- Develop in-depth working knowledge of various investment strategies and fund offerings in order to represent the firm to new and existing investors
- Leverage strong knowledge of overall industry, market trends and investor landscape to highlight the firms value-add, product differentiation and properly position in the market
- Coordinate in-person and virtual one-on-one meetings, group presentations, and roadshows (with investment team & senior leadership) with investors interested in the firms investment platform
- Actively participate in the evaluation and practicality of new products or strategies to match investor demand
- Contribute to the establishment and structure of the investor communications and communication strategy
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent
- 12-20 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in investor relations/business development
- High proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong interpersonal / communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and work effectively in an entrepreneurial and team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication skills
