Job Description:

The role will be responsible for tracking the funds’ investments and ensuring that investors and portfolio managers have accurate and timely portfolio reports. It will also be responsible for the documentation of trade settlement and deal extensively with third party administrators and custodians.

Responsibilities
• Support CDO/CLO platform that manages 6B AUM across 20+ transactions
• Interact with the front office and Portfolio Management team on a daily basis.
• Produce detailed daily portfolio test results to Portfolio Management team.
• Explain changes in test results from week to week and propose portfolio improvements.
• Oversee the reconciliation process of CLO monthly reports, payment dates, waterfalls completed by outsourced middle office provider.
• Provide interest projections to the Portfolio Management team.
• Identify and resolve issues relating to day-to-day trading activity, investor queries and service provider escalations.
• Provide analysis on Ad hoc queries as requested by Portfolio Managers, Traders, Investors, Investor relations, Senior Management (CFO & CEO), Compliance and Finance teams.
• Serve as a liaison between third party administrators and all departments
• Assist Marketing and Client Relations with due diligence queries and requests for proposal
• Assist in managing outsourced administrative functions.
• Assist managing relationship with third party trustees.


Requirements / Qualifications:

• CDO or CLO exposure
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years of middle office experience
• Attention to detail, ability to operate in a fast-paced, team oriented environment
• Strong Excel
