Job Description:
• Settle and reconcile trades
• Assist client services with updated account performance
• Reconcile accounts on a daily basis
• Book trades in OMS (order management system)
• Monitor cash in and outflows
• Manage affirmation and confirmation process for assigned accounts or investment
strategies
• Monitor daily fails and differences
• Collaborate with management to innovate new processes to streamline automation
and increase effectiveness
Requirements / Qualifications:
• 2-5 years of experience in Operations in the financial industry
• Proficient in Excel and vlookup
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Bloomberg AIM experience a plus
• Knowledge of convertibles a plus
• BS/BA required
