Job Description:
- Conducting detailed industry and company-specific due diligence
- Constructing a fundamental company valuation
- Analyzing the company’s capital structure
- Evaluating alternative financing structures
Requirements / Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in investment banking, leveraged finance or restructuring required
- 1+ years of experience in Private Equity Required
- Excellent analytical, financial and problem-solving skills
- Keen financial acumen and entrepreneurial skills
- Able to synthesize a broad set of information into a cogent investment thesis
- Independent self-starter
- Strong interpersonal, networking and communication skills; strong attention to detail
