A global asset management firm is in ultra-growth mode and expanding on all fronts. They currently have a role open on the management company team for an Associate covering Payroll. The Associate will be responsible for assisting with the processing of semi-monthly and monthly payroll in the US and several international locations and working with other support function teams.

Job Description:
- Manage the preparation and quality assurance of W-2 forms and year-end documentation for a global workforce of over 500 employees
- Conduct roll forwards and in-depth analysis of key payroll reports
- Support the preparation of payroll tax filings, 401(k) compliance documentation, government audits, and tax return submissions
- Compile semi-monthly and monthly payroll summaries for Corporate Accounting to facilitate accurate financial reporting
- Address ad hoc requests from stakeholders including Tax, HR, and Corporate Accounting teams
- Develop various financial forecasts, account reconciliations, and specialized analyses on an as-needed basis
- Collaborate with other teams to improve and automate reporting functions within the Workday enterprise resource planning system
- Review and resolve outstanding payroll liabilities through coordination with cross-functional departments
- Assist in the administration of deferred compensation plans and restricted stock units (RSUs)
Requirements / Qualifications:
- 2-8 Years of Payroll Experience (Industry Experience Does Not Matter)
- Experience with Workday Required
- International Payroll Experience is a Plus
- In-Office Policy: 4x a Week
