Company Information:
Our client is a Family Office and a Private Investment Firm!
Job Description:
- Cash reporting and forecasting.
- Support internal management reporting and recordkeeping.
- Maintaining the financial records for private equity funds and their related entities
- Monthly Expense Reporting.
- Quarterly Fund Reporting.
- Updating and coordinating calendared tasks.
- Assisting in the annual financial reporting.
- Maintains general ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions including but not limited to:
- Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable management
- Performance Analytics
- Waterfall and IRR calculations
- Support tax reporting
Requirements / Qualifications:
- B.S. degree required
- CPA (preferred)
- Big four experience in private equity (preferred)
