New Product Controller opening with a Boutique Multi-Strategy Hedge Fund in NYC.
The role will work closely with the CFO and traders across multiple different strategies. The team is looking to hire 2 candidates (both openings are due to growth of the firm).

Job Description:
• Daily oversight of performance returns for Portfolio Managers
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
• Perform daily P+L reconciliations between fund administrator and internal systems.
• Monitor cash balances, margin requirements, repo and OTC collateral balances and FX exposures.
• Address Portfolio Manager queries related to performance, trade implementation, exposures and valuation.
• Assist in the implementation of new portfolio management systems and data warehouse
• Assist in onboarding new strategies and investment product
• Develop a sound understanding of various investment products including fixed income securities and equity derivatives
• Work closely with traders, prime brokers, ISDA counterparties, and fund administrators.
Requirements / Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2-7 years of experience
• Strong fixed income and derivative product knowledge
• P&L experience
