Job Description:
  • Drive project goals, scope, design, responsibilities, timelines, and actualization of strategic initiatives
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management
  • Track project progress, prepare regular status reports, and present updates to the leadership team
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and project specifications
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management
  • Develop analytical models and insights to support strategy development
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact
  • Help to build transformational program management capabilities at the firm
  • Facilitate strategy development and decision-making with project and executive teams
  • Establish and manage vendor relationships for a given project
  • Interface with internal counterparts and subsidiaries as necessary, communicating effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations

Requirements / Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of experience in an operational role or as a consultant at a top-tier firm
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully owning and managing projects from initiation to implementation as a member of an operations team
  • Experience working with and managing external vendors
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
